As the new kitty owner(s) you have 1 day (24 hrs.) from time of pick-up to have the kitty
checked by a licensed veterinarian. In order for this contract to be valid I will need a copy of
that veterinarian visit sent to me to go with this contract for my files. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE
A COPY OF THE VISIT, THIS CONTRACT IS VOID!!
If the veterinarian finds a problem that my veterinarian did not find, the kitty can be returned
for a full refund (this has to be within 24 hrs. which includes weekend days and holidays). This does not include such things as: ear mites, parasites, fleas, or something that is treatable. A written statement signed by the veterinarian must accompany the kitty; and all papers, etc. must
be brought back with the kitty. If for any reason the kitty is brought back, I DO NOT COVER VETERINARIAN COSTS!!
If a genetic condition is found by the veterinarian within 30 days of pick-up, and the kitten has
had its regular check-up and shots as needed (an invoice/statement from the veterinarian show-
ing the kitty had been brought in for check-ups, shots, etc. with the dates the kitty was in), that could result/has resulted in its death, the kitty can be returned for a replacement kitty of same sex/equal value= this guarantee excludes malocclusion of teeth/mouth which is a cosmetic
problem and not a medical problem. All kitty papers and a written statement/necropsy report
from the veterinarian must accompany the kitty (the necropsy report is required for the kitty to be replaced). I WILL NOT GIVE A CASH REFUND!!
IMPORTANT: If I find out one of
my kittens is being bred without
permission, there will be an additional
charge of $300 (plus any/all legal fees)!!
