Kittens should be ready to go to their new homes at about 10-12 weeks of age. If you are unable to come on the day you have scheduled, please let me know the day before so someone else can come on that day.
Appointments for kitty visitations (to see the kittens and select the one(s) you like) are Tuesdays - Fridays 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. If the kitty you choose is not ready to go at that time and is paid in full, you can schedule to pick it/them up on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00 and 1:30. Otherwise, it/they can be picked up Tuesdays - Fridays. Whichever is most convenient for you.
You have 24 hours from the time you pick your kitty(s) up to get your kitty(s) checked by your vet so your Health Contract will be effective. I will not refund your money unless you have taken the kitten to your vet within 24 hours of picking it up and he finds the kitten has a Medical Problem not found when checked by my vet and he puts the problem in writing. Kitten must be returned with written statement by vet on his letterhead (and signed by him) within 24 hours--NO EXCEPTIONS. I do not give a Health Guarantee with kittens sold at Special Prices.
